Delete my account
In the app (immediate)
- Open the rim. app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the screen.
- Type the requested word (DELETE in English) to confirm.
- Tap Delete permanently.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@rimbattal.store from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my rim. account". Your request will be processed within 30 days at most. We may ask you to confirm it.
What is deleted
- your account (email, password) and profile (first name, language);
- all your journal entries;
- your event registrations;
- the subscription status we store.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept
- Your purchase history stays with Apple or Google, and with RevenueCat, under their legal obligations.
- Our providers' technical logs are erased automatically within a few days.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. If you have a subscription, remember to cancel it in your App Store settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), otherwise it will keep renewing.
